The operating agreement for Astrolabiy

Astrolabiy is a sourcing-intelligence service for professional recruiters. During early access, features, limits, availability, and eligibility may change as we learn from real use.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be authorized to act for any organization whose work you perform through the service.

Opportunity scores, hiring-intent signals, briefings, and generated summaries are decision-support material based on cited public evidence. They are not guarantees that a company is hiring, will engage a recruiter, or will produce a commercial outcome.

You remain responsible for verifying sources, applying professional judgment, and complying with employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, outreach, and platform rules that apply to your work.

Do not use Astrolabiy for unlawful surveillance, sensitive profiling, automated employment decisions, spam, harassment, credential sharing, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass product limits.

Do not republish restricted evidence, present generated output as verified fact without checking its citations, or use the service to make decisions about credit, housing, insurance, or other high-impact eligibility.

Public sources remain owned by their respective authors and platforms. Astrolabiy may derive, rank, and summarize signals while preserving source links and provenance boundaries.

We may correct, suppress, or remove evidence that is unavailable, materially changed, disputed, or inconsistent with our policies. Product feedback may be used to improve Astrolabiy, but private stories and testimonial consent remain separate and are never published automatically.

We work to keep the service reliable, but early-access features may be interrupted, delayed, or withdrawn. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, public-data subjects, providers, or the security and integrity of the product.

You may stop using Astrolabiy at any time. Contact hello@astrolabiy.com for account, data, correction, or deletion requests.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Astrolabiy is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or a particular recruiting outcome. We are not liable for decisions made without independently verifying the cited evidence.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the product or the account contact channel before they take effect when required.
